Annual Winter Meeting & Trade Show Exhibitor Registration

Green Works/Vermont Nursery & Landscape Association would like to invite you to exhibit at our Annual Winter Meeting and Trade Show on Friday, February 12, 2016. The meeting will be held at the 
Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center, 870 Williston Road, S. Burlington, VT 05403. We expect 100-150 attendees to visit our Winter Meeting & Trade Show and have set aside time throughout the day for attendees to visit exhibitors.
Exhibitor registration includes full meeting attendance for one representative and includes morning refreshments, lunch, and admission to the educational seminars. Each registered exhibitor will be provided a 6’ skirted banquet table. The meeting begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 4:30 p.m. Please complete the enclosed registration form and return it to the Green Works/VNLA office by January 25, 2016.
PROGRAM:
Our keynote speaker will be Claudia West. Claudia is the ecological sales manager at North Creek Nurseries, a wholesale perennial grower in Landenberg, PA. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. In her current role, Claudia works closely with ecological design and restoration professional, offering consultation services from initial project planning stages to adaptive management strategies after project completion. Her work is centered on the development of stable, layered planting designs and the desire to bring American native plants back into our landscape by making them widely acceptable. Together with co-author Thomas Rainer, she published her first book ‘Planting in a Post-Wild World’ (Timber Press). 
Claudia will be presenting “Creating Stunning Plant Communities that Stand the Test of Time.”
Other presentations during the day will include the Green Works Industry Award winner presentations, two sessions presented by Bruce Fraedrich, VP/Research from The F.A. Bartlett Tree Experts, and a business roundtable forum.
SET-UP:
SET-UP: Set-up time is between 6:30 am – 8 am, Friday, February 12, 2016. Registration for attendees begins at 8 am.
