I have a French degree in landscape architecture and plant reproduction and have been a landscape designer for 23 years, a gardener for 58, working mainly in the private sector, for all budgets, doing design (plan to scale or sketch), overseeing installation, consulting, training gardeners, gardening, and speaking.  I lived in France for 30 years, working successfully there in landscaping for the final 10 years.  I have come to Vermont after 13 years as a landscape designer in the Napa Valley where I completed over 130 projects.

Curriculum Vitae:  B.A. in comparative literature (Occidental College, CA).  Diploma of Higher Technician in Horticulture (Angers, France).  Garden and landscape designer in over 55 private properties in France, both head gardener and designer at 10 chateaux, three of which were classified as historical monuments (La Sarthe, France).  Garden and landscape designer in 130 private properties in the Napa Valley, head gardener in 18 privately owned gardens and one resort, head gardener overseeing 11 full-time gardeners in one privately owned estate, speaker at Copia, garden column writer (Napa, CA).

My goal is to create beauty for each specific client, to have them fall in love with their surroundings, and to encourage excellency in gardening.
