Gardener’s Supply has two open positions at their Williston Garden Center reporting to Brian Mitchell, our Commercial Supervisor:
Commercial Customer Service Associate. This position is a full-time, 10-month (this position will have an 10-13 week layoff during the winter months), benefit eligible, grade 5, hourly position. The Commercial CS Associate will provide prompt and knowledgeable service to our commercial and retail customers. Our ideal candidate will have intermediate plant/gardening knowledge with a focus on trees, shrubs and perennials; excellent customer service and communication skills; and basic design & landscaping skills.
Delivery & Installation Lead. This position is a full-time, year-round, benefit eligible, grade 6, hourly position.
The Design and Installation Lead (D & I Lead) is responsible for growing the revenue of the design and installation department while directing, and supporting the D & I Associates. The D & I Lead will focus on team productivity, efficiency, quality of work and an excellent experience for our customers. He/She will provide effective coordination and communication between our landscape designers, D & I team and customers while providing day to day oversight of the technical operations of the department.
